Nasolv Reorder, operated by Nagy Solution. Last updated 1 September 2026.

What Nasolv does

Nasolv works out what a shop needs to reorder, how much, and by when. It reads your products, your stock levels and your recent order quantities, and turns them into a reorder list. It never changes anything in your store: the app holds read-only permissions and has no ability to edit products, inventory, orders or themes.

What we read from Shopify

What we do not read or store

No customer or shopper personal data. Orders contain names, addresses, emails and payment details. Nasolv requests none of those fields and stores none of them. We take the quantity and the variant and nothing else from an order.

We hold no payment details of your own either. Billing is handled entirely by Shopify, and we never see a card.

What we store, and why

Where it is stored

On our own server in the European Union, in an encrypted database that is not shared with anyone. We do not sell data, and we do not use your shop's figures to train anything or to inform any other merchant's numbers.

Who else sees it

Only two services, and only for the job they do: Shopify, which is where the data comes from, and our email provider, which delivers the weekly digest to the address you give us. If you do not enable the digest, no email provider is involved at all.

Deleting it

Uninstalling the app deletes your access token immediately. Your settings, daily records and past suggestions are deleted with it, and we respond to Shopify's shop data deletion request the same way. Nothing is retained for analytics.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold about your shop, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we store, we will update the date at the top and notify installed merchants.
