Every row says “Too new to predict”

That is Nasolv working correctly, not a fault. It will not forecast on fewer than 14 days of sales history, because a confident number on thin data is worse than no number when you are about to order stock against it. The rows fill in as history accumulates.

If your shop is established but recently moved to Shopify, Nasolv reads the processed date on your imported orders, so migrated history counts from the day you install.

Where a quantity comes from

There is no black box, and you can check any figure by hand:

Lead time, order interval and safety buffer are yours to set, under Settings. Shopify does not store them, so Nasolv cannot guess them.

Why something says “Rough estimate”

Either the product sold fewer than 30 units in the window, or its demand is too uneven to average honestly — one large wholesale order in an otherwise quiet month is not a daily rate. You still get a number, but it is marked so you know to apply your own judgement.

Products missing from the list

Nasolv leaves out archived and draft products, and anything whose inventory Shopify is not tracking. Untracked stock always reads as zero, so including it would put a permanent false alarm at the top of your list.

Data, billing and cancelling

Nasolv holds read-only permissions and never changes anything in your store. What it stores is described in the privacy policy.

Billing runs through Shopify, so plan changes and cancellation happen in your Shopify admin and are refunded and arbitrated by Shopify. There is no contract and no minimum term. Uninstalling stops billing; your data is deleted when Shopify notifies us of the uninstall.
